Patrycja Geca

Patrycja Geca is passionate about helping both employees and employers navigate through the complexities of legal challenges in the workplace.

Before joining REWC, Patrycja was an associate at the world’s largest law practice exclusively dedicated to representing management clients. Her role involved advising both local and multinational employers across various industries on various aspects of Canadian employment laws.

Patrycja transitioned her practice to also focus on empowering employees with knowledge about their legal rights. Her unique background positions her to continue offering invaluable assistance to management-side clients while delivering comprehensive advice to employees navigating the ever-evolving landscape of employment laws.

During law school, Patrycja actively honed her advocacy and legal writing skills through roles as a Student Caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic, a Legal Writing Leader with the Legal Writing Academy, and an Associate Editor with the Ottawa Law Review.

Beyond her legal pursuits, Patrycja is a lifelong learner and adventurer who eagerly embraces new experiences. Whether exploring new destinations, sampling diverse cuisines, or pushing her boundaries with activities like ice plunges, she finds joy in the thrill of discovery. Her love for watching her plant wall thrive and grow mirrors her nurturing approach, both in and out of the legal arena.
