Alexis Radojcic

Alexis Radojcic thoroughly enjoys the “human element” of employment law. Employment law is highly relatable and virtually everyone, regardless of stage in life or circumstances, has interacted with employment law in one way of another.

Though Alexis started her legal career in the Toronto office of one of the world’s largest international law firms, Alexis has found her calling helping individuals and small-to-medium-sized businesses address their workplace challenges.

Known for being able to relate to just about anybody, Alexis connects with her clients and makes a concerted effort to fully understand them. Alexis provides frank, brass tacks, and strategic advice that is tailored to each client’s circumstances, needs and goals. Alexis always has her clients’ best interests at heart. When it comes to fighting for what is right and fair, Alexis is a fierce advocate who will always “go the extra mile”.

When not employment lawyering, Alexis stays active by playing tennis, golfing (poorly), and cycling. Alexis has visited 34 countries on five continents and if she’s not actively planning a trip, she’s daydreaming about the next one.
